After eight months of construction, we are ready to reveal our vision to Victoria.
Sky is a culmination of a passion for fine cuisine, meticulous attention to every
detail, and impeccable service.

And you can come as you are. We are casual dining; we are fine dining. We are the
place where market-fresh seafood and 100% Certified Angus Beef ® steaks marry
with top-shelf cocktails, and all are served up with distinctly impeccable service.

Located at the Victoria Regional Airport, the Sky Restaurant makes its home in a
retired Air Force Officer's Club. Totally renovated inside and out, our restaurant
caters to those who enjoy dining in a quiet, spacious yet elegant, family-orientated
environment.

Our mission is to make our customers feel special every time they come to dine with
us. We believe that our guests deserve only the freshest seafood, the best steaks,
